Clear Creek County Planning & Zoning Department
The Planning and Zoning Department is responsible for administration and processing of applications for rezonings, division of lands, subdivisions and other land use cases.

Permit Submittal Hours
Note: incomplete submittals may be refused until all required items can be received together.
  • 8:00 am - 9:30 am, no appointment needed
  • 9:30 am - 3:30 pm, appointment recommended in order for staff to be available to review and accept permit applications for review

Approved Permit Pick-up Hours
  • 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, permits require 20 - 30 minutes to issue and review permit and inspection requirements
